Once upon a time I was a Democrat. Why? Because once upon a time the Democrats were, or so they said, for everything that the Constitution says. Additionally, my mother would tell me that the Democratic Party is the Party of the people. My father didn’t give a shit. He worked sixty hours a week and his attitude was, “They’re all crooks”.
Fast forward a lifetime and it appears to me that the Democrats, or those who claim to be Democrats, are for the elimination of free speech, attacking people in public and causing them physical harm when they have opinions that are different than theirs and promoting abortions in the ninth month of pregnancy absent any valid medical reasons. And that’s just for starters.
All politics aside, I have been watching the Trump impeachment hearings and I have come to the inescapable conclusion that he did commit an impeachable offense. He had the “chutzpah” to be elected POTUS.
